For some context I have had this bike through ups and downs, and it’s so unique and the most amazing dh bike I’ve ridden imo, but recently I have been getting more into MX and as trends go all my friends bought Surrons to ride around when we aren’t on our big bikes, I already have a Rm250 and obviously the Surrons don’t replace that, but it just seems fun to ride around with friends and it’s honestly an experience I don’t want to miss out on.
Another quick question, and I don’t want to be one of those posts but how much do you think my YT would fetch? all the parts are obviously worth a lot but they are a few years old, and it’s not like this bike was babied, I think I have a false sense of value compared to the market.

Used market is rock bottom right now.
I can’t tell, is this 5-6 years old? Is it 27.5 or 29? If you live near a bike park my vote is: keep it.
What I recommend is that you do what u wanna do. I was the last one in my friend group to get a full sus mtb just as all my friends started to quit riding. I enjoyed it on my own and learned new skills. I was also the last to get a dirt bike (bought it last year) and all my friends had theirs for three at the time. FOMO is a hard thing to deal with when all ur buddies are out hanging with out you. So if ya want an electric bike I say save up and keep ur mtb. Even tho I took longer to get my dirtbike I still had something to do when my buddies where riding theirs. Also they might move to a deferent hobbies where they got motorbikes or something else and by that time you can join them with something nicer then their FB market place finds.
Unless you are really hurting for cash, keep it. You will not get anywhere near the cost you have in it.
What year is it? The used market has tanked to the point where it might be worth keeping it and finding another source of cash. Having nice parts won’t really help you sell it. It looks like an older model. You may get $1000 to $1500 for it… maybe.
Keep it. Aside from how fuckin cool an older Tues is, it’s not gonna get you any functional cash right now.
