my freehub body exploded, wondering if y’all can identify?

so here are the pics of the free hub and the body, its Shimano 3 pawl/clip but I have zero idea how I would identify a new one to fit in?

is it f type? would these work? or does it need the weird cutouts between the pawls? and do I have to measure the length and width of things?
