The results of any inquiry SHOULD be Muslims believe that they are superior to any group that has failed to submit to Islam. That non muslims are sub human infidels and Dhimmi. That anything done that is injurious to non muslims, by muslims is their own fault for not submitting to Islam.
Why are we changing to a national inquiry not a public inquiry… They are not the same and a national inquiry has substantially less authority. National inquires don't compel witnesses and evidence…
