Bought a cannodale systemsix 2019 mod and i was sure it was meant for integrated cables all the way but when i removed the front fork i can see there is no hole for the cables to come through. I know people have done integrated cables on this bike, but this made me question everything.
Someone who can tell me if i am wrong? Or maube i can drill holes in the frame?🫣

[the names of these parts in the owner’s manual supplement suggest that this bottom hole is only for the front brake hose, the other cables are presumably supposed to go in the top hole, then get fished into the frame around the head tube](https://www.cannondale.com/-/media/files/manual-uploads/manuals/134921%20rev2%20cd%20oms%20systemsix%20folder_final%20pdfs_web_134921%20rev2%20cd%20oms%20systemsix.pdf)
If I remember right, the 2019 SystemSix is only capable of being fully internally routed with hydraulic braking and electronic shifting. Mechanical shifting requires external cables.
Both brake hoses (and the di2 wire, if you have one) enter the hole *in front of* the headset, which is shown in your picture. They don’t go through the headset like many other bikes. The front brake hose continues down into the fork, which should have a similar hole in front of the steerer; the rear brake hose goes back into the frame.
Please, if you’re building expensive, complex, internally routed bikes like this, [read the manual](https://www.cannondale.com/-/media/files/manual-uploads/manuals/134921%20rev2%20cd%20oms%20systemsix%20folder_final%20pdfs_web_134921%20rev2%20cd%20oms%20systemsix.pdf). It’s far too easy to make extremely expensive mistakes otherwise.
Do not under any circumstances drill holes in your frame, unless you are intentionally destroying it.
