As the title says I'm not sure if I need to replace the tire, it's on both sides of the tire and on both tires, my bike has 650 mines on it and I use it to go to work,
I'm new to this whole bike stuff still, so any tips would be great, the bike also has some other issues like the handle bar moving side to side at low speeds, I I've also yet to take it in for service cuz I'm broke but it will happen eventually

Does it feel like the bike is trying to turn itself? Unfortunately that is just a thing some fat bikes seem do on harder ground, they are not designed for it.
That tyre may last a bit longer, but I’d be changing that to be on the safe side.
