Fixed gear are renowned for lasting through time and that is true. Tbh there is nothing wrong with this bike and still rides great. I’ve been riding fixed for 17 years now (43M) and this is my only my second build. It’s a custom build 14Bike.Co, Reynolds 753 on gipiemme hubs and Nisi super corsa tubular rims.

That is a lovely frame, I wouldn‘t upgrade and keep riding this.
It really depends on what is really sticking out that makes you want to upgrade to something else. Are you looking to upgrade everything else too? There is a whole diversity of frames, wheels and, cranks to choose from including handlebars and seatpost cockpit.
