Go to a local bike shop and they should be able to help you pick one.

Check the website of the bike’s manufacturer, maybe they sell a replacement. Otherwise take it to a local bike shop

There are some unusual mounting brazeons on the seatstays, as if for a proprietary custom rack of some kind. Perhaps the manufacture offers a rack?
You have a free mounting point on the dropouts, but the frame doesn’t have the usual brazeons near the seat tube. So it would be a bit harder to find a rack that will fit. You have to find one that can be mounted to the seatstay bridge, sharing it with the fender.
