Steel. Frame number is JHC 131 0543. Rear brake bridge has a square section where the hole is and the dropouts look distinctive but I can't place them. Any ideas?

Those look like entry level 6ku dropouts but the components seem too nice for that 6ku frame.
What’s the seatpost diameter? That might prove very helpful in this case
