My derailluer seems very stretched out when on my biggest cog, and as seen in 2nd picture the pulley is being pulled out towards the front chain ring.
Also, there are very light scratches on the biggest cog in the first picture, possibly from the derailluer hitting when I shift down? Is that OK?

Is this a 1x? Then the answer is absolutely yes. If this is a 2x then the answer is probably not and stop cross chaining.
