  1. It’s hard to understand what’s going on without seeing the spacers and stuff on your cranks.

    Well, this is easy… either add spacer(s) to the drive side or remove spacer(s) from the non-drive side.

    If you are having trouble getting the crank arm off, get or build a crank puller.

    But… you should make sure your chain-line is straight. Here is what I do…

    – remove the front wheel as it gets in the way
    – hang the bike from the ceiling by the back wheel
    – drape the chain over the driver and let it hang down over the sprocket
    – let it stop swaying
    – add/remove spacers until the chain-line is perfect
    – measure the distance from the drive side crank to the chainstay
    – add/remove spacers to the non-drive side until the distance from the crank to the chainstay matches the drive side
    – tighten it up

    The spacing looks good to me.If the cranks is not hitting the chainstay its good.My spacing in my cranks is not perfectly equal but it runs just right
