Bike is used, seller typed excellent condition only scratches, the thing that really is suspicious to me is the price of 900 euros + he is sending the old fork with it for free which is rockshox lyrik 150mm, in my country people that I have asked said that this bike is going for around 1.5-3k euro depending on the condition and the wear of the parts. Bike is selling in the Netherlands if that information is needed. Plus if anyone knows is it worth importing a bike let’s say from a country to a country using (dhl, ups, etc.)

It’s a buyer’s market because there are still so many new bikes with big discounts and it’s a 2 year old bike.
Often I’ll sell my bikes cheaper than other people do because I can’t be bothered with having it hanging around and I want a quick sale.
Used bike market has crashed owing to over supply of new bikes. https://youtu.be/5GFHNecIj_Y?si=xnfJHHLWpkzwDgnr
Could be stolen? Honestly tho it looks pretty thrashed from the cassette/ wear around the front chainring.
The used mtb market is literally in shambles right now so maybe he is just trying to take what he can get..
Ask for a picture of that bike, that background etc with something from today in the shot….I’d be trying to eliminate it being a stolen set of images. Although if they are talking about including additional parts in a bike person type way….not as likely a scam.
One, he needs money, probably the most valuable thing he can part ways with.
Two, if it’s stolen and you’re trying to import it, does it really matter? I don’t support buying stolen goods, but it’s essentially like being a drug dealer. Someone somewhere will sell it or buy it regardless. The only difference is morals, and if you buy it and find the original owner, return it. Simple as that.
Seems way too cheap.
100% Stolen
Pretty easy question is where did this bike get ridden so hard? The Netherlands is very flat countryside so you typically wouldn’t want a full suspension. Seems stolen.
A concern I have about the components is when the suspension was ever serviced among all the miles this bike was probably used. Chainring and cassette can be easily replaced for kinda cheap but suspension servicing are expensive.
The condition looks used like such a bike should be, but not too bad.
Price is extremely cheap for this bike in Europe, considering Evil is very expensive here. Even if you add the cost of suspension service and some parts like bearings and maybe chain/chain ring its a really good deal. And those things might not even be necessary.
I shipped some bikes in the last few years with DHL, no problems whatsoever.
But please try to make sure, that the bike isnt stolen. Its such a custom build that the owner should be able to provide you with lots of information.
