Just ordered the AL7 Raw in Europe with the latest 105 groupset in Stealth.
To say I'm excited is a major understatement!
What accessories should I order for it? Interested in hearing what's worked well for others in terms of fenders/mudguards,bag,bottle cages, lights etc.

Get the Canyon road bike bell, goes into one of the ends of the handlebar.
If you want to get fenders, get the SKS Speedrockers. Also, get some Luxshield frame protection foil.
If you want to use a phone for navigation or tracking, get a Quad Lock mount.
Don’t forget the lights. I use a Knog Blinder 120 and a Sigma Blaze.
