Training for ultra endurance and I’m finding on longer rides drinking electrolytes constantly is making my teeth quite sensitive. Any low sugar options people would recommend?

Water + fresh lemon juice + a pinch of salt is all you need. I prefer sparkling water, because it hydrates faster and it tastes better with lemon

I’ve alway gotten on well with High5 Zero, electrolytes. Citrus flavours by preference.
