The grease lives inside the fork seals, you clean and regrease them when you service them, its not something you put grease on externally. On a bike like this I’d recommend servicing them once a year. If you are competent with a wrench it’s easy enough, follow a YouTube video. If not, take it to a bike shop!

day-to-day just clean, don’t grease anything. You grease a suspension fork when you service it, which you should do approximately once a year.

There should be oil and grease inside the fork, nothing on the outside. This is a low end fork that’s likely not made to be serviced though, so you’re unlikely to find service manuals or any sort of rebuild instructions on it.
