Hey guys.
I’m going I convert my FX6 Sport to a tubliss setup. I know the wheels and tires are TLR, and after researching understand I need TLR rim strips.
When you buy the Aeolus wheel set on their own they come with the rim strips… but wasn’t sure if the strips are included when the wheels come standard on the bike?
I just pulled the tire back and here’s what I have. Is this red a tape strip? Or do I need to order the bontrager TLR wheel strips?

That’s not a tubeless strip unfortunately, it’s a choice of switching for Bonty rim strips or tubeless tape.

You should order the Bontrager TLR rim strips. They’re designed to fit each rim specifically (make sure you order the right ones) therefore they make your setup extremely simple, compared to tape which can be hard to get perfect.
Use the recommended valves as well.
