On the inside of the forks there are threaded holes, marked with 2 Nm. What are these holes for? And do they need to be covered? No cover caps or matching screws are supplied.

For rocket lounchers. Manual for the bike is online on Canyon website.
I haven’t covered them and after 3 months, it has yet to catastrophically fail. I think leaving them uncovered is fine.
