  1. Things I noticed about some of the safer cities they were geographically distant from other urban areas as opposed to other urban areas where truck cluster together there are some exceptions to this

    When you have a city that is neighborhood oriented and people look out after each other you’re also talking about a place where you don’t have a lot of flow and changes of residence so you have a very state and constant flow of people

    Since you know who your neighbors are you you know who it’s just visiting or passing it doesn’t belong in the neighborhood. It makes so that people with criminal intent can’t really hide.

    This is not possible in London and it’s not possible in Birmingham Or a Liverpool or maybe cities like Coventry that were manufacturing Cities that I’ve seen better times
