    Do you want to replace the bearings?
    Do you want to replace the headset?

    I suppose the first question is what you’re wanting to do/achieve. If it’s a new headset, then measuring the head tube bores with the cups removed is the first step.

    Now, I’ve seen it often the case that the manufacturer puts a super cheap ZS style headset in an IS style head tube. If that’s the case, knowing both the bore and angle of the bearing seat is useful.

    If I had to guess, this Felt is probably that way, so you would probably need:
    IS42/28.6 upper
    IS52/40 lower

    I replaced a Felt headset with this exact set up (cheap ZS in an IS) a few months back, and used a Cane Creek 40 with those dimensions above.
