Hey guys am looking to buy a trek madone sl5 but can’t decide between the matte black or the hex blue (polished). I am concerned the black may scratch and show blemishes too much as I’ve read on other Reddit threads. I love the blue but don’t love the oil slick logos. I need help deciding which color-way is best.

If you sweat a ton go with the blue gloss. The matte black is pretty as hell but any dried residue on the surface sticks out like a sore thumb

Hex blue looks great in the sun.
I have a matte Emonda SLR. It’s actually matte clear.
My Checkpoint is gloss.
I prefer the gloss!
Hex is a nice blue in the sun. Fingerprint black will show all and any blemish
