My Version of the Malus

Just showing off my version of the Malus. Bought it used on marketplace and looks like it really hasn’t been ridden too much… however had to make it my own. Never had a bike that was customized to me, but now I do. Few things I’ve done to it:
– Shimano MT200 Hydraulic Brakes
– Shimano 7-speed trigger shifter
– Shimano Megarange Freewheel
– Shimano Acera 8-speed Derailleur
– YST BB bearings and cup… new old stock from eBay
– Shimano 8 speed chain
– YLG oversized seat. I know it looks awful however by butt loves it
– Action square taper crank (Amazon special)
– Sealed bearing pedals (Amazon cheapos)
– 32 tooth chainring with guard
– Ergonomic grips (Amazon cheapos)
– Arisun Big Smoothy hybrid tires
– Wake handlebar and stem (just to lift the handlebars and away a tad)
Don’t think I’m forgetting anything, however my favorite upgrade if you will, are the Big Smoothies. So much quieter on the road and less rolling resistance since I spend most of my time on the road.
