How to?

Hello everyone who has STUFFED Fatbike brand who’s has the same model as mine how do you put the cable internally for the shifter cable?
Please need help, I can’t put mine and I already brought it in the bike shop they said that there’s something blocking near the bb in the right swing arm, but u think there a small hole there. Please need help how do you guys put it inside. THANKS
