Looks great and really well done, I’d just caution you on your use of that aluminum flat stock with bends like that. I’ve tried doing nearly exactly the same thing and it broke in my case. So maybe just make sure you have a back up plan/lots of zip ties. I hope it doesn’t and good luck on your trip!
