Aeroad CFR LTD edition

Hi everyone

End may i received my new limited edition of the Canyon Aeroad CFR after my 4th ride – 4 weeks later my bike frame broke in the middle of a normal bike ride. Didnt do anything special just rode like a normal cyclist should do…

After a lot of mailing and calling, Canyon told me iam overweighted so i was a bit confused and started to search about the conditions and found on the website there is a maximum of 120kg. I’am a 192cm long and i’am around 85kg so i am pretty sure its nog about overweight or size.

So after a few weeks they sended me a new mail that they can’t do much but they gave me 2 offers.

1. Payback: so they will refund me for 7700 eur (Bike is new around 9800 eur)
2. Or just wait till they give me a new frame but they have totally no clue when it will be delivered.

Now i’am 3 months almost 4 months far and still don’t have a new bike nor a decent answer.

Has anyone else some issues with the new CFR or is there something else i can do to ride back on the roads…
