You can buy decals on esty that can add a splash of color to the blacked out Canyon logo on the downtube. Additionally, a new bar wrap with some color. The nice thing about the stealth is it gives you a blank canvas for a color scheme when you start adding color accents.

Might be controversial, but you can make it more aesthetically pleasing at zero cost by taking better photos.
Have a browse on this sub, and you’ll see many good photos. First thing, avoid a background that clashes with the lines of the bike, as is in both your photos. Go for a landscape, or a uniform wall for contrast. Then, light: find the right light conditions that make your bike shine over the background. Find contrasting colors.

Maybe it would look sleek if it were alllll black? You could swap to black tires and the dura ace rotors with the black fins!

I have this same bike in black. I added 38mm deep wheels and it made a huge difference. It makes it feel more substantial.
Also, get a matching second cage for symmetry?

Add some color with bar tape, saddle, bottles, bottle cages.
Deep wheels with logos (like Zipp) are pricey but would definitely change the look.
