  1. There is a product called “shoe goop” in the glue aisle of your hardware store that dries a clear rubber texture. I would squeeze some of that in there and let it dry for 48 hours. Shoe goop is often used by skateboarders to get more life out of their shoes that scrape pavement and gripe tape. You can build it up on high wear areas. have fun.

  2. Same shoes, same problem.

    I left them at my parents so I don’t have to travel in my MTB shoes when I fly back home. Bought a new pair for where I live now.

    You can definitely fix them with glue though – I want to order some of this rubber glue that people are discussing here!

  3. Get some Shoe GOO repair glue, or similar. That stuff is amazing, it can fix tubes, seats, tire sidewall tears. I carry a small tube in my repair kit.
