I used to be able to move it with my hands but not its seized, i put some degreaser on it overnight but nothing has come of it…

Are you sure that the grub screw is loose?
Degreaser? That is as a weird choice. Spray a little pb blaster on it and then wrap a rag around it and get some channel locks or soft jaw pliers of some sort on there and break it free. Probably just a little oxidation in there.
I keep seeing your post about issues with your bike and I mean no harm (!!!) but maybe look more into the manuals when using things….
