Lots of new uploads to watch! Yay.
I want to go on a big bike tour in the future as well. However, I am very strongly extroverted. I cope with “mainstream”travel well because I’m able to stay in hostels all the time to meet and talk to other travellers continuously. This enables me to satisfy my extroversion while I travel.
I want to bike tour because it unfetters me from the limitations imposed by travelling out of a backpack. To reach more remote, deeper places and see everything on the way.
I cycled alone for 5 days through Scotland and then afterwards even though I loved my experience, the idea to do a bigger trip began to terrify me, because of being alone for weeks on end, I know I cannot cope with. But I loved what I saw there and what I experienced. I have dreams about where I went in those 5 days.
What do you think? Do you feel you are an introvert or an extrovert? Do you think that extroverts are fundamentally incompatible with such a remote form of travel?
