  1. I'm fasting a minimum of 19 hours/day as standard. Don't eat any kind of added sugar or sodas or junk food. Just cruciferous veggies, lettuce, arugula, kale, cabbage with apple cider vinegar, black pepper, olive oil, garlic, a bit of pink salt, half chicken breast, but first of all a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to take down any spike of glucose or insulin.

  2. My parents are diabetic and they consume 2 tbsn olive oil before each meal and drink Qustul hindy every evening half hour before dinner and Alhamdulillah they have lower sugar blood since! Don't forget to do some workout too 😊

  3. Green tea also comes in decaffeinated for people like me, prone to periodic sleeplessness, avoiding caffeine is a good idea.

I have noted that my blood pressure is better when I drink Green Tea. But I also take St. John’s Wort, which keeps my anxiety level down. Many herbal products benefit more than one system such as turmeric, which reduces inflammation in the joints and also relaxes blood vessels so it keeps my blood pressure in check also.

Pink or Red Grapefruit also lowers blood pressure. But even when all of these are combined the net effect is good blood pressure. Whatever keeps blood pressure in check also tends to lower cholesterol for me also.

  4. Tea bags are full of micro-plastics. To lower your A1C and/or blood sugar levels, you need to stop eating and/or limit eating white flour, white rice, etc. Eat sour dough bread, instead of white bread. Brown rice instead of white rice.

  5. Yes the green tea down that sugar in the blood. I have low blood sugar and when I drink green tea omg it’s terrible. But if your blood sugar is high it’s very very good

  6. I am so sorry your not sleeping well, I get how hard that is. I have trouble sleeping as well. I am a nurse and cannot be tired at work. i stated taking magnesium Glycinate and it has helped. Hope you get some sleep

  7. With consistent high glucose levels you'll experience frequent bathroom trips & Nocturia (frequent urination at night) effecting your sleep…Sucks!
