This is my trike I bought it used and I want to know what brand it is so I could see if I could put some bigger tires on it. I can't find the vin number and there's no branding anywhere on the bike besides the shifter and gearbox, which is Shimano that's it. Anyone know what it is

You don’t really need to know the brand for that. The only thing I like about trikes is that you can change the rear tires without removing the wheels. Can I ask why you want bigger tires? Trikes are already stupidly slow and inefficient to ride, why would you want to make it slower and more difficult to pedal?
Those tires are as big as your going get. They are standard for the type of trike.
If you remove the rear fenders you might be able to get wider tires but, that is unnecessary. The front wheel tire has to able to fit in the brake caliper.
If you want a cool looking trike you will probably have to pay $2000-$5000 for someone to build it.
