On a scale of 1-10 how dire is it that I get a new crankset due to a hairline crack on the spider?
I have been running this Miche Advanced set-up for over 15 years (now on its 3rd frame). When moving over to a new frame this weekend I noticed a hairline fracture on the drivetrain side (pictured in photos 1-2); replace this week or put it off?

Congrats on your strong legs pulling that crankarm apart over the past 15 years! Yep, it’s time for replacement crankarms, especially since you’re riding brakeless.
Where do you want to be when this fails?
I would replace it.
What kind of bottom bracket are you using because according to square tape bottom brackets you’re not really supposed to uninstall them because you stating this is your third time moving your cranks on to another frame it probably shows that the cotter pin to install from the spindle to the crank arm is overtime getting wear expanding the crank arm’s hole. Owning a pair of cranks for 15 years is a long time but also states that you own a really good pair of cranks I think in my opinion it’s now time to go get a pair of different cranks before you mess up your entire crank arm spindle which will lead to play resulting in getting into an accident.
