Just received my first Pro line Rapha jersey, after always wearing the Core line. I bought a M as I always wear M in Core. I have 7-8 pounds to loose before the start of the season. Should I keep this size or should I order a L? Thanks!

Stay a M or consider trying a S – there is excess fabric on the arms and body. If it zips, it fits.

I think it’s going to be very difficult to find a helmet for that head.
