He has bike listed for $300 for over 11 months and I offered $200 and he said would do. It looks like a Forecaster but it has brakes, no stickers and different tires but his description is he barely rode it. New to this.

Looks legit to me. Has the free coaster on it. And that’s better he has the breaks on. You can completely take them off even the mounts and guides
Yea I would say it does. The wave tubing is something only sunday frames have.
Looks like a forecaster frame, from this one picture. Odyssey tires, Sunday rims, stock cranks and everything else. Law requires all bikes to be sold with a brake, just most either never install them or remove them if they come preinstalled
