2nd time ive seen him pop his shoulder out then back in.
If you're used to it, it doesn't hurt and it's no problem.
I dont think a surgeon would be pleased with him. But good on him!
I guess you do what you gotta do, unless you enjoy losing or quitting.

Finished 10th out of 60 odd with a popped in shoulder. I’d be off to hospital!
The procedure is the same no matter where it is done. In most cases the arm would even be pulled. The frequency he suffers with this is a clear indication that the joint capsule has become too loose.
