That’s a newer reproduction kid’s bike in used condition. It’s worth what you’d pay for a used kid’s bike. No value as a vintage bike.

It’s a rallye… it’s worth what you want to pay for it. I wouldn’t pay more than $30 if it’s in working order, and my kid really wanted it. The upside is that banana seat bikes are the easiest to learn to ride on, but other than that… stick shifts are fun. This is not a nice vintage bike you can resell for fat stacks, if that’s why you’re asking.
