All depends what you want out of it.
First and foremost does it fit you?
1. Flip = price too high
2. Cruiser around town = perfect
3. Drop bar conversion with 700c = perhaps
4. 650b = why not

I would say it’s a bit costly for my area, but it looks ready to ride. I do rather like the build and the choice overall. It’s a nice looking bike.

Expensive. Find an untouched one for a lot less and put on the parts you want.
