Freehub on my ~2012 Focus CX bike is pretty draggy and needs rebuilding, can't find and info except the CEX text. Some research pointed me towards Novatech but that didn't lead anywhere. Not sure how to disassemble, any help would be appreciated!

try if you can unscrew the hub body with large allen key
Free hubs usually just get replaced. Stick a giant Allen key(12mm?) in there and get it off.
There’s a few common options;
1. It just pulls off (possible)
2. There’s a large hex which unscrews the body (don’t see it in your images, at least not on drive side)
3. The manufacturer machined something special which requires a dedicated tool (possibly, what are the flats on that axle for?)
If I were you I’d try to get that non drive side end cap off and see if you can get the axle out. It’s possible that there’s a large hex bolt hidden behind the body that can only be accesed when the axle is removed
Edit: the flats on the axle are there to hold the axle in place while you put a wrench over the flats of the end cap on the other side.
Take the cap off on the brake side and look into the hub. The hex might be visible from there. It usually is a 12mm
This could be the style axle that you simply press out. Industry 9 has this style where you just push out the axle and it pushes out the bearing with it by a shoulder on the axle behind each bearing. I’m not sure if that’s what’s going on here but if those notches in the ends of the axle don’t do anything, it may be that you just have to pound the axle out.
If so, use something softer than aluminum to protect the axle ends such as a wood or plastic block when you hammer it out and this method usually is a destructive force on the bearings themselves depending on how tight of a press-fit they are in the hub shell. So it might be a good idea to source replacement bearings beforehand.
Not 100% sure if that’s what you have here but if so it would be similar to this from Industry 9
