An awesome couple of days of gravel riding down in Haenam Ddang-kkeut, Korea’s Lands End. Rivendell Susie, Crust Evasion and an Otso.

6:50 So the tape here reads: Danger! Safety First! — likely put in by a construction crew who needed to resurface the road. So you were probably riding where cars couldn't go. We'll done, beautiful rides.
so enjoyable, I canโt believe I just watched a 33 min video
I love your Videos. Absolut my Style of riding. I Love cruising around Citys and explore.
Actual on my Steel Vello folding Gravel Bike. But i love it so much i ordert the Full Titanium frameset๐๐คฉ.
Stay safe and have fun.
Best regards from cold Germany.
Can you remind me what bars are on the crust? Iโm sure you did a bike check in another video, I just canโt find it ๐
Friend, given the political maneuvering going on in that country right now, I was worried that the title referred to something much more ominous. Looked like some great rides.
โฆtodayโs video was really relaxing after a long weekโฆthank you! your speedy descents on the riv really attests to the strength of riding a steelie!
Some raisin toast, a cup of tea and this to watch was a great start to my saturday morning.
Its stinking hot in Australia, but I'm currently sitting in the air con, but will get out for a night ride..
Thanks for another glorious video.
Your new video was a great treat to start the weekend with for me. Your speedy descent brought back memories of being on the cusp of maintaining control, or maybe nearly not at times. Thanks for sharing!
ํฉ์์ง ๐ Nice. Iโm headed to Seoul in April and then to visit Wando then catch a ferry to Jejudo. Your video got me really excited to visit the area.
There is NO shame in pushing your bike. Only unlikeable elitist pricks say otherwise.

The spread at the end looks delectable, definitely qualifies for a clean bowl club!!!!
Are there a lot of Fixies in korea?
Great video! I did the cross country route last year and really liked the part in the country side.
Our whole family eagerly awaits your videos. Weโve even bought city bikes to enjoy adventures together similar to yours. Thanks for sharing your biking experiences.
I'm living in Yokohama, the landscape is so similar to Japan. If pushing the bike up steep hills is shameful, I'm full of shame. ๐ I'm sure Korea is quite similar, but sometimes the grade is suddenly 15% or more! Walking! I either walk up or I never see what's on top of the hill. Of course that isn't an option.
"Embrace the chaos" he says while riding through tree branches and bushes ๐
Yay, we've been looking forward to this 30+min video dropping. Sure this was a bit of a monster to compile and edit, and voice over, so thanks for all your hard work!
Not gonna lie, you had us with bait title until we read the word literally and then assumed you were on the edge of Korea somewhere haha ๐
The views from Sean's guesthouse are GLORIOUS. Wow! What an idyllic spot ๐
Speaking of views, not a bad view from the office chair at 12:07 ๐
Marcus: Please, step into my office. This is my goat assistant.
So funny, but cool, having that eclectic assortment of furniture inside the pagoda.
Been loving experiencing all the different diverse terrains, places and people of Korea through your videos. Would be a really cool place to have a gravel road social bike tour series or something like that. Doing some of the routes that you've done over your time there.
We do really hope you do the ride to Busan one day, just for our own edification and so we can live vicariously through you ๐
Completely agree about riding up steady inclines being therapeutic and meditative. Just one of the many many ways riding bikes is therapeutic.
Thanks for another amazing adventure, sending good vibes from 40ยฐC South Africa ๐ฟ๐ฆโ๐ผ
Happy weekend, everyone ๐
the same adventures i have, but on the other side of the world! the infrastructure and roads up there look amazing!
are these reflective triangles hanging from the saddle mandatory in SK?
I been too lazy to go out. your video makes me want to go gravel riding. thank you for getting me out of my bed.
That empty arboretum was sweet!
Not spent too much time over that way in the past. Will have to put it on the to do list.
Is there anything better than riding bikes through the crisp air in the Korean countryside?
Great video. Love seeing the other side of the world.
damn cant believe korea ended ๐
Watched this twice today, and Iโm struggling. Struggling to think of anywhere in the world with bike rides better than this. Absolute paradise, even in winter! I think those mugs could become a cult item in your merch store!
Thank you for another wonderful treat. Much better than anything on tv.
The terrain looks so similar to where I used to live in China, (Dalian) not too faraway. Also super rural areas and friendly farmers like in your video, 100% say hello back when you say hello ๐
Never miss a chance to be your inner child. Really enjoy your videos – keep 'em coming !
What a treat. You've definitely motivated me to ride more even when it's cold out
I so enjoy your videos. I have a bike face smile on the whole time Iโm watching and Iโm not even riding my bike at that moment.
Looks absolutely lovely; thanks for sharing!
Opuntia and barrel cacti ๐ต are impressive ! Beautiful country ride .โค
LOVE your bumpersticker! Indeed, it's not a crime!^^
Thatโs how I feel about my music, too. I figure no one would listen to what I like. I really enjoy the music you cut into your videos. I think this is another reason a lot of folks enjoy your videos so much. Itโs funny that you were listening to Yaeji on your Bikecation. I discovered her new album this year. I love how she blends her native tongue with English lyrics.
I ought to ride more in the cold; however, I have only ridden three times this winter season. North Korea has some amazing riding spots. Itโs convenient that everything is relatively close to each other. Thank you so much for sharing your videos. They ground me and remind me to appreciate the simple things in life; food, coffee, and biking!!!
Take care and may your wheels be swift and steady!
Love your videos Marcus. I was introduced to your channel by a friend and Iโm hugely enjoying it. Do you mind me being that person please and asking what you film with while riding? Camera, mount and microphone please? I really like the effect you achieve and Iโve been looking for a similar setup for a while. Thank you in advance and I canโt wait to see more of your rides ๐๐ป.
