This is my older bmx and ive let my brother ride it all of last summer.he decided not to tell me he blew out the cranks and tried tofix it with parts of a chain break.he rode it and the cranks's teeth snd the bottom bracket teeth have been absolutely aniahlated.is there any possible way to fix this without blowing 150 bucks on new cranks and bottom bracket?

Just replace the axle with a new 8 spline, they’re not expensive. That’s assuming the crank arm splines aren’t ruined as well.
