I have a set of single piston nutt brakes. The rotors are 140mm front and back. I am looking to upgrade them to 160mm front and rear. I am really confused on this ISO, OD, flat mount etc.

My calipers do not connect directly to the frame. They are mounted on this bracket. Both front and rear brackets look exactly like this and say the exact things. I am looking for an adapter to use to accommodate the 160mm rotors and calipers I want to get. I would like to get at least dual piston calipers maybe even more.

My second question is would I need to get new brake levers as well? I thank you for any and all responses andnwil let you info/pics of anything you need.

Correction they are currently dual piston i would like to go to 4 piston if possible or whatever you all deemed is better.

There isn’t a better per se…. more like power vs modulation. Are you for sure you don’t have a 160 up front already due to your bracket being the same??? I’m guessing your brakes feel too soft and Idk what your looking to spend but you can probably keep the same rotor size and switch to a XT or XTR and get a world of difference in brake feel
