Hi guys, I’m currently looking to upgrade to a new wheelset (currently using a 26, wanna upgrade to a 27.5), Koozer XF2046 rim laced to a Koozer XM490 pro hub, but the issue is that the seller was talking about how the pro hub is using a 141mm quick release and other stuff that I def did NOT understand (I tried to search it up on Google and it did not help), So would someone please explain what’s the problem/issue with upgrading to a 27.5 wheelset and what he means by the whole 141mm thing

  1. Someone more technical will chime in here but swapping wheel sizes isn’t just buying a different sized wheel and putting it in.

    Do you know if:

    * 27.5 wheels will fit your current frame? With wheel+tires, will it clear your front forks and your rear triangle?
    * Seller is mentioning 141mm quick release, do you know what size your current axles take?
    * Is it a boost axle?
    * Will this wheelset fit in your current dropouts
    * Does the hub on this wheel take your current cassette or will you have to upgrade your shifters as well.
    * Does this new wheel work with whatever brakes you have right now?

Seller is being nice and patient with you.
