My Cannondale Habit HT 2 came with a Minion DHF in the front and a High Roller 2 in the back. I was wondering if I should keep them like that or switch them around?

Ride them until they wear out and then worry about this. Nothing wrong with these tyres, DHF is usually preferred on the front.
What kind of terrain are you going to be riding? Will this be a commuter, or will you be bombing down technical single track?
