Pocahontas state park has the goods. Lovingly dubbed Pokie Park in my household.
Fountainhead if you’re in northern VA
Locust Shade Park near Quantico is nice
Mason Neck has a decent course
Central va has a ton of options for all different riding styles. I like hitting the trails out in stokesville like reddish knob as well as the trails at massanutten resort.
Massanutten western slope and George Washington national forrest
