Since I’m not cycling much in the cold, I’m posting photos of my cycle touring through years.
First I had only a pannier rack and panniers for my MTBs (Scott Rockwod and later a Specialized Rockhopper), and later I got more equipment for my Kona Sutra(s) and a Kross Pure Trail.

Why did you give up rear panniers for bikepaking bags? I started with bikepaking gears but quickly transferred to uncool bicycle touring panniers. I find them more practical, easy to use and roomy.
