  1. Yes it can be fairly easily repaired but honestly I think this is a job for a frame builder.

    It’s probably easier and cheaper to just cut out that rear triangle and braze in a new one.

    It’ll need repainting after either way you choose to repair it.

    Also that rim looks like it might be fit for the bin, has it split or is it just a weird angle?

  2. With that crimp, I’d say it’s dead, unfortunately. Wall art now. Even if you straighten it, it would still be wall art. And since it’s a tig welded frame, I don’t think a frame builder would attempt to replace the rear triangles.
