Have you ever heard of punting in a non-football way? I admit I had no idea it meant boating until I got to Oxford!
We hopped into boats and had several young gentlemen push our boats through the canals using big sticks. It was sort of like the English version of a gondola, but much less ornate.
Our guides were super interesting to chat with and the scenery was lovely!
