This doesn’t look bad at all for the cassette. I get a couple thousand km out of them if I keep on top of chain stretch. Ensure you replace the chain at .75.
As for the derailleur I can’t tell with that photo
Appearance means very little because of all the fancy ramping they do on cassettes now.
What was chain wear at on the chain(s) that you’ve taken off?
