Not sure next steps. Chain dropped on trainer during sprints and is stuck in the gap between the cassette and the trainer. Tried pulling from both sides buts it’s lodged in there pretty tightly. Any recommendations?

Super easy with the correct tools
Remove bike, remove cassette. Your derailleur hanger is super bent, likely the cause, or maybe the result?
