Buy a new one dude these are steaming hot garbage. 1 piece cranks and giant sprocket and weird handlebar geometry point to them being Walmart level bikes. Add the fact they’re probably 20 years old and covered in rattle can paint in places that shouldn’t paint and it’s not worth the headache. There’s really nothing too salvageable looking and I’m sure that frame weighs 400 lbs. you can get an entry level Sunday for like 200 and some change which will at least be a modern bike with some mid tier parts on it that can be upgraded later.
If you want to progress and learn tricks those are a hard pass.
1piece cranks, that weird stem that goes into the forks (I think its called threaded headset), probably loose ball bearings (that are most likely cooked) and more..
If those would be brand new, they still wouldnt hold up to beginner tricks.
If you just want a bmx looking bike to ride around and a bit of a project to work on..suuure why not…but even then I would pick up something better.
If you want to learn how to paint bike frames and they are nearly free go for it.
If you want to ride bikes; get something else.
