Are these clips with the correct shoe? (NOT a post about shoes!)

I may or may not have stopped by a certain store on my way home from work and am now moving my cleats from old, falling apart, Shimano shoes to some Trailcross CL shoes. I did not pay good attention when I took my cleats off the old shoes and just wanted to confirm I am putting them on the correct shoes now. Any tips on setting them up?
