    You have either torqued the bolts down to tightly or the bearings are worn out. Did you remove the piece and put it back on? Have you inspected the bearings? The bearings need to be changed out on occasion depending on how much you ride.

    Yes, this is totally normal. If you washer your bike all the time and never replace the bearings.

  3. New bearings. You might as well do all the suspension bearing at the same time. There’s probably a complete bearing set on eBay you can buy.

    hell naw. take out the linkage and inspect your bearings. replace them if they are dead, and if they rotate smoothly, install the linkage and torque it properly

    Its either over torqued, or the bearings are shot.
    Or maybe both.
    Overtorqued assemblies wear faster.
